This application is for prospective members who are applying for membership for the first time as well as current members who need to correct or update their membership information.
Current members who are renewing an existing membership may fill in only the text boxes indicated by highlighted field name if the rest of the information is still current. If you are a new member, please provide as much of the other information as is applicable.

Please enter your information in each of the fields, and then click the Apply button at the bottom of the form to send the application to NARS.
After sending the application to NARS, follow the instructions on the confirmation page to pay club dues.
